Support The Amortization Bill:

The Amortization Bill, HF4231/SF4316, would give cities back local control over bad actors who have polluted our communities for too long. Under the current law, cities can change their zoning laws but they cannot ask for “grandfathered in” uses to end. This means old facilities that are contributing to high rates of cancer and asthma in residential areas can stay as long as they want. We need this bill so cities have a choice about what is allowed to continue.
